BioCyc: A Database of Microbial Genomes and Pathways Online
This class will introduce the scope and functionality of BioCyc using a specific search example. Class participants will acquire skills that they can use to search BioCyc for biological data related to their own research projects on microbial genomes and metabolic pathways.
