Generative AI Essentials & HopGPT 101
This session will orient you to HopGPT, a generative AI platform that provides secure, JHED-authenticated access to multiple large language models (LLMs). The first half of the workshop will cover the building blocks of generative AI technology, and the second half will overview HopGPT. By the end of this workshop, you will understand how HopGPT generates responses to user prompts, be able to compare its features to other generative AI tools, and be ready to explore advanced topics related to generative AI use. This workshop is designed for researchers and students working with data in any discipline. No prior experience with AI tools is required.
